They cleaned to a very good standard. Quality company with good old fashioned principles.

Cleaned everything, all good.

Bad weather so we could only use 1 procedure.

Tidy, reliable, very hard working. Good results.

Very satisfied and will use them again.

Super company, would use again.

Done an absolutely fantastic job, most helpful at all times.

Good company, first class work and I would use again. At last a decent company to deal with.

Our driveways and patios were black and now they are pristine. We would choose them again if need be.

Work is very good, very charming and they were very helpful.

They cleaned concrete slabs and brick work round the pool area and made it look great. They were very polite, easy to deal with and know there business. Also cleaned after they finish with work. I will get them back to do my driveways next year when they need cleaning without doubt!

We have an driveway laid that won the Brett’s award for the best driveway laid two years ago which was now covered in algae and lichen and moss. We called Phoenix driveways to give us a price to clean it. Not only were we pleased with the price but the driveway looks like new again. They returned our first phone call the same day and made an appointment to suit us. They showed us lots of example of there work, there quote was very good. They turned up on the day they said they would to do the work even though it was cold and wet. They cleared up and left the place cleaner than it was before they came. Next day they brush in the kiln dry sand. We would use them every time without doubt and recommend them. Since doing ours we have seen them working in our road many times cleaning driveways.

Good service and would use again.

As the saying goes they do what they say on the can. Phoenix really are Driveway and Patio Cleaning Specialists, bringing life back to a weed infested driveway, sad decking and a patio that suffers from being North facing and gets no sun. Following their visit today all now look as if they have just been laid. Add to this the professional and courteous way they treated me as a customer both during the quotation process and the work itself, I highly recommend them.

The cleaning was fine. The boss Adrian claimed to be experienced in the application of resins. The seal that they applied caused the drive to turn white when it rained. We complained and they tried to remove the seal by jet spray, it failed and caused damage to the surface of many of the natural sandstone blocks. They tried again with the same result. He then said he had consulted the resin supplier and I agreed to let him try to remove the seal with a chemical the resin supplier had provided. This he agreed he would do in April 2016. He did not. He will not respond to my messages.

Great team, no fuss excellent job, thank you.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous service and the results of the team's efforts were first class. I cannot fault them in any way and have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential customers. They took genuine pride in their work and it was a real pleasure to see that in this day and age where sacrificing the quality in order to make a "quick buck" seems to be the norm. Congratulations Phoenix Driveway and Patio Cleaning Specialists on a job well done.

Work carried out very efficiently by a professional team.

It was all done to an excellent standard but the patio deserves a special mention. They told me it would come up like it was a new patio and it really did.

Arrived early, very polite and got straight to work. Collected the large weeds up and left the drive like new, and left the front area clean. Would use again. Thanks.

Excellent job, the conservatory is "as new" as promised. Crew on site were pleasant and courteous and very considerate. They even warned my neighbour they would be spraying water as they had washing drying in the garden. Will certainly use them again.

Unfortunately some spray coated a newly purchased sun umbrella and garden furniture.

Excellent.

The drive was cleaned and sanded efficiently. The doors and windows cleaned when power hosing finished. Staff was friendly and very polite.

They cleared the roof and tidied up, some dirt went onto my neighbours roof they returned and cleaned up.

Would definitely recommend Phoenix Driveway to anyone that needs this type of work done, The end result of all their work was a real WOW, brilliant job.

Excellent, after 5 years. After five years you couldn't have and lovely. Boys to help you and advise.

Arrived on time. Job done on time, all mess tidied up.

Went that 3.1 extra in pointing out and photographing problems with the roof.

Absolutely brilliant work carried out can't fault any part of it.

Have used them before and am quite happy to use them again

First class - both in the job and administration.

As always the standard has not dropped in several years and I shall continue to use their service for several more years! No more overflowing gutters thanks to the complete clearance each year.

Good job done. Clean and tidy patio and garden also wiped over windows.

Excellent

As always Chris and crew did an excellent job getting our gutters leaf free. Have already booked for next year. Highly recommended.

Reliable, polite and comprehensive.

We have been having our gutters cleaned for some years now and have always found these workmen very friendly and efficient.

Very efficient, courteous and polite.

In the 2 visits made, they let me know when they were arriving and it looked like a new drive when they had finished, a lovely job.

The work was carried out in a very profession matter with little inconvenience to us and after the heavy rain experienced the follow day our gutter system work fine compared to overflow previously. This contractor offered a real value for money service and we would highly recommend his service offered. We were so impressed with the way the work was carried out that we have signed up for an annual visit to clear our gutters again next year as advised. Very satisfied customer.

The work was carried out to my satisfaction, as usual. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody. A very high standard of work.

The work was carried out efficiently. The work was completed within a couple of hours.

They carried out the work in a first class manor and were courteous at all times.

An excellent job completed by a friendly, helpful and hard working team. Well done.

Arrived on time, job carried out quickly and efficiently, also placed gutter clip that had come loose, very satisfied.

Competent and polite.

Very good work. Driveway has come up beautifully showing the different coloured stone far better than we expected. The Indian sandstone at the rear now looks like a quality feature. The roofs are also very clean. The team cleaned some extra decking without being asked, they were polite, efficient and very tidy despite it being extremely cold.

Phoenix did an excellent job - there are just some obdurate black spots that they talked about coming back to attempt removal.

Chris and his team did an excellent job cleaning my driveway and roof tiles. The driveway now looks brand new again. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even replaced a couple of missing roof tiles while they were cleaning the roof. Everything was left clean and today each day and they were very polite and courteous, I would definitely recommend Phoenix Driveway & Patio Cleaning Specialists and will be using them again in the summer to get my patio cleaned.

First class in every way. Fantastic job by very nice and helpful people. We will use them again.

Very organized and efficient.

Excellent work, 100 per cent professional.

Very good. All done to a high standard.

Totally fabulous. Far exceeded my expectations. Price was competitive, staff excellent and finished job is perfect. I have repeatedly cleaned it myself using various methods but never as well as this. Have booked them again for December to vacuum gutters and will get them back for a repeat job when required for sure.

First class in every way.

VERY THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT

Two chaps undertook this work. They were polite efficient and cleared up superbly well. Very hard working. What a difference. Our old concrete looked like new. Just couldn’t be more pleased. Their equipment is excellent meaning we didn’t need to worry about the walls of our listed building either. Can’t recommend this company more highly.

Excellent. I've used them many time

Excellent work. Small problem which was solved efficiently and quickly after the work was completed.

Very polite and efficient. Would use again.

The guys arrived on time, began the work straightaway and finished in good time. Their professionalism and politeness is what we expect in quality service and they definitely lived up to expectation. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Fast, efficient and timely, cleaning operation.

Excellent job by helpful and friendly firm. Good value for money.

Outcome was excellent

Excellent service. Work completed ahead of schedule.

We are very pleased with the result and the courtesy we received.

-

Very pleased with results, came up like new. Also very nice lads, cleaned up after their work and polite.

The driveway is five years old now and a lot of moss had formed on it, it has now been restored and looks like it did when it was first laid. We are very happy with the finished job and would happily recommend this company

3 guys with vacuum equipment arrived, very polite and hard working, finished in about 45 minutes and did a great job. Also organised repeat business for next year, specified date and approx time 12 monyth ahead ! Which pleased me. I also use Phoenix to clean my patio etc and they are excellent at that too.

No comments given.

From first telephone contact to completion, every part was handled with a professional but friendly approach. Listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease

My gutters were completely blocked with moss and other debris. The Phoenix guys arrived on time and completely cleared and cleaned them in a short space of time. They were friendly and very efficient..... I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Good job as always

Courteous and efficient service

A great service very polite and tidy guys punctual and did a fantastic job we are very satisfied with this company.

Once again Chris and the guys did a great job cleaning leaves etc. From the gutters. Have booked again for next year. Highly recommended.

The roof looks great and the guys came back to fit some bits in our loft free of charge except parts ( brilliant)

Extremely hard working, polite and friendly workforce. Excellent result. Highly recommended.

Very polite, tidy, did excellent job

The roof looks so much better! All the moss removed and treated. The guys working were polite and helpful, couldn’t do enough to help. Tidied up before going, in fact except for the roof looking much better you wouldn’t know they had been. Would definitely recommend.

They used roof ladders but failed to actually use them to move across the roof, therefore standing on the tiles and cracking and breaking them. Although they state they replaced broken tiles, they damaged the foam lining in the attic whilst doing that and hence leaving an ingress for water, which during the christmas period, when we had driving rain and high winds, let rain enter into the roof space and damage the bedroom ceiling, which we discovered on our return from holiday. Our insurance assessors stated they don't pay for bad workmanship and we have had to have a new roof.

The company were efficient, polite and punctual. Will certainly use them again.

Very good service

The staff from Phoenix driveways were punctual and very efficient in cleaning my surgery driveway. My receptionist was so impressed she made them all a cup of tea (a rare honour!) The driveway alomst looked new when they had finished.

The company were efficant, polite and punctual. Will certanly use them again.

Excellent service would highly recommend patio Phoenix to anyone that is looking for a great service. I had my patio and driveway done and was done to a very high standard. The lads that came out to do it was very professional ,extremely hard working and very polite. I will definitely be using this company again

Excellent in every sense a pleasure to do business with Phoenix. Highly recommended

Phoenix did a great job cleaning the moss and algae from my driveway. It looked so good afterwards that someone asked me the next day if I'd had the driveway resurfaced. The team of guys who did the job couldn't have been more pleasant and efficient.

Work carried out to a very high standard! Extremely pleased with all the jobs carried out by the guys and will definitely be getting them back again!

All people worked hard to provided excellent results could not fault in any way.

From the first contact to the end of the job it was a professional service. Wonderful result after the clean

Very pleased with the work completed. Would recomend and/or use again.

They turned up on time, very polite they cleaned my roof with brushes as they told me jet washing damages it, and they put a treatment on it. After my gutters, soffit boards and pvc plastics all looked aweful so they cleaned them and it all came up like new. Wasnt going to leave a review, but my roof has looked better and better with all this rain so there is a silver lining to this weather

Very happy with the end result all the patio areas look like new. Very courteous, considerate workers. Very aware of the need for social distancing whilst working in these strange times. Would highly recommend Phoenix

Adam and Harry arrived promptly just after 9:00 and, apart from a problem with the machinery which developed a fault but which they quickly got fixed, they worked continuously until both areas were beautifully clean. They noted the positions of pots, lifted them out of the way and replaced them when they had finished and left everything tidy. We were very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

The work was carried out as promised to a very good standard. The stone is really clean and no longer a slip hazard.

Excellent job, with friendly and helpful service

All work completed promptly and courteously, with social distancing maintained at all times.

Very pleased with the work carried out. No complaints.

Courteous, hardworking, efficient and cleared up afterwards. All done with spot on social distancing, would have liked a written quotation and invoice

Efficient, effective good job, Looks brilliant, excellent workers, very professional.

Tidy and courteous. Excellent work.

Excellent family run company who take pride in their work. Always answer calls promptly and liaise whenever necessary. Very good Social Distancing measures in place.....will not ask for teas and not enter home at all. This is explained before any people arrive on site. My drive and back patio was covered in algae spores and blackened. The equipment used is substantial and has brought the surfaces back to looking like almost new. We have used other cleaners in the past and they have not managed to clean these areas to the standard Phoenix has achieved. I would highly recommend them.

Great service provided by Phoenix - would definitely recommend.

Highly professional company, family owned, work completed efficiently and cleanly, social distancing maintained throughout

Cleaning of drive and patio. Work done cheerfully and efficiently. End result excellent. Every attempt made for social distancing.

Nothing was too much trouble, exceptionally clean and tidy, Good social distancing.

As always, high calibre work with outstanding result. A very courteous team who took great pains to observe social distancing. Thank you

Clean tidy and professional.

Carried out fully as requested

We have used this company on 3 occasions. Find them polite, on time, and very efficient.

Cleaned drive, looks like new now, all algae gone! Professional, courteous team.

We were pleased to see that good 'old fashioned' service is still alive and kicking with this company. The team arrived on time and carried out the work in a most professional and unassuming manner. All the moss on the bungalow and garage roof was removed and the areas chemically treated. We found them to be most courteous, polite and knowledgeable. They were willing to go that 'extra mile' to make sure we were fully satisfied - which we were. We would definitely recommend this company. Thanks very much Phoenix Property Maintenance.

Neat and efficient, following full discussion of methodology and merits of various treatments.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAYS

On time, polite and efficient. Job finished quicker than expected. Approx 20-30 mins. So even though quote was accepted beforehand it seemed a little steep for the actual time and effort required in the end.

Prompt and efficient service, pleasant workers, careful, reliable and conscientious

I have used Phoenix on a number of occasions and received an excellent service. I have recommend this service to my neighbours with confidence

Job completed to a good standard. Arrived promptly and got to work straightaway.

Great team, timely, efficient and polite. Would recommend.

Very efficient, worked very hard. Tidied everything up afterwards

I am very pleased with the present result but apparently it will actually become cleaner in the next few months after it has rained. Who would believe a team of guys could work without a radio blaring out!! The easy way to clean the roof would have been to pressure wash it but after reading reports and taking advice I am convinced that the hard work of scrapping all the moss off is better for the roof tiles and far less messy. Whilst talking about mess it was of no concern because at the end of each day the guys cleaned up and bagged the moss which they then dispossessed of at the end.

Work completed to a very high standard! Extremely pleased.

Work undertaken efficiently and in timely fashion matching previous experience with this company over several years.

Superb service - highly professional and courteous team - have used them before and would use them again - have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Friendly, helpful efficient service

Job completed at the price quoted even though they had to return to sort out a small problem. Respectful and efficient, recommended

Cannot fault the service, in any way. Efficient, clean, obliging and done expeditiously.

As always minimum fuss and left site spotlessly tidy.

I use pheonix every year to clean out my gutters. They do a good job at a reasonable price

All carried out without fuss

I have used Phoenix Driveways for a few years now and have always found them to be very efficient and professional.

Chris and his guys did a super job, start to finish, this was the 2nd time we used them

Arrived on time, friendly staff and an efficient and professional service. Have used before and will again at a competitive price.

Always given courteous efficient service.

Excellent service, gutters thoroughly cleaned, no mess and quickly done.

Very hard working and very polite workers. The finish of the pressure washing of patio looked fabulous. Very pleased.

Excellent service on time very professional

Excellent service as always. Used many times, really friendly and professional service.

First of all Graham came on time and quoted. Then his son and team arrived at the agreed date. Very impressed at the expertise and knowledge. They were perfect at following the COVID rules. Respectful and kind. My roof and garage and patio looks great! The follow up they provide free of charge if you’re not happy is great! They do guarantee if you’re not happy they will be back, not matter what... What more could you ask for..... I will be asking them back for more work and my neighbours have asked for there contact numbers. Thank you very much!!

Staff very pleasant. Work undertaken very efficiently. Pleased with outcome. COVID safe

Hard working group and good clearing up whenjob completed

The Teams were all very polite and friendly, and they worked efficiently and fast, they were very tidy, and the worksmanship was first class, this is a very good company, with extremely good workforce, I would recommend them with confidence.

Roof and gutter cleaning was very efficient. A couple of gutter leaks needed two attempts but they couldn't have been more helpful in coming back to fix them. The whole team were very courteous throughout their visit.

Superb and friendly treatment with some extra help in view of poor health of my husband.

Had the gutters cleaned before by Phoenix but this time we decided it was time to clear the roof of the large amount of moss. The guys cleaned the roof on Thursday and returned to spray on Saturday morning. These lads always do a good job and cleaned up perfectly when they finished. Have decided to have the drive washed and sealed and Chris has already been to quote which I am happy with. We would thoroughly recommend them. Many thanks Phoenix.

Arrived on date given. Very reliable and polite workmen. Pleased no radios blasting out. Removed all furniture and planters from patio prior to power hosing the Indian sandstone paving slabs. Returned to point the slabs. Very please with the result.

Very happy with the job the guy’s did on our roof. It was a baking hot day but they arrived on time and worked very efficiently and were very respectful and friendly. They seemed very thorough in their work and cleaned up to a high standard after the job was finished, including my neighbours drives and gardens as my house is mid terrace. Thanks guy’s. Highly recommend.

They came out promptly to clear out our gutters. Very friendly, quick and professional service. I would recommend them to anyone.

VERY SATISFACTORY

Our block paved drive has been down for 20+ years. We've cleaned it but Phoenix made it look like new! It was cleaned in a very short time, a few days later sanded and sealed. Great service and well priced.

Friendly, professional service, very pleased with work carried out, would definitely recommend.

We are so happy with are driveway looks like a new one the guys who came worked really hard clean and tidy would use them again

The drive had been tarnished by rust after a skip had been left there for several weeks over the Christmas and New Year, when it had rained heavily. I was very concerned that the normally clean and attractive drive had been ruined. Phoenix were recommended by the drive fitters and I contacted them and they assured me that they would be able to carry out the work carefully They came and worked hard to clean the drive and then tackled the rust. It took several hours of hard work. The result wa incredible. The rust stains were removed and the drive is back to its original state- as when new

We cancelled the job, they still turned up and "cleaned" our gutters when we already had them cleaned by another company the day before who was much cheaper and more professional. After we challenged the invoice stating no work was carried out and we wouldn't be paying they became aggressive and gave my partner verbal abuse. I called and explained what gave them the right to talk to my Mrs like that they denied and stated they did do the work and "hopped over our back wall to do the rear" even though our back wall is 10ft high and impossible to "hop over" Avoid these con artists!

Blown away buy the customer service and standard of work from Phoenix, I could not recommend them more highly. Efficient, polite and great to deal with. I'll certainly be using them again. Very good value for money and refreshing to see people taking such a pride in their work. Thank you so much.

Superb firm. They came promptly, provided a quote and completed the works. Great bunch of lads on the roof for two days. Left the property clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Excellent results on very stained paving efficient and polite, everywhere left clean and tidy . Would highly recommend .

Team turned up on time . Polite and careful on the property . Walked through the job on completion to check I was happy . Def have them back again , cheers Phoenix for a hassle free experiance

100% satisfied by the quality of the work. Amazing results and all areas now look as good as when they were new. Team arrived on time, were very friendly and left everything tidy. Great service all round, thank you.

Moss expertly removed and roof coated using a procedure that will not damage the roof and will provide lasting protection. Gutters and downpipes also cleaned and all debris removed. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Punctual; did an excellent job. Patio looks like new again.

Highly recommended, Polite, helpful and friendly lads did a great job.

The estimator explained what work was required, the warranty, etc = 10 years, and how the sealer will work. Paperwork with all the details of the compnay and agreements, Cost agreed, paid for once all the work was completed with a full inspection. Cleaned the site and took away all rubbish. The staff were outstanding polite and worked with us. Really great job for little cost. I would recommend them to anyone. Would use them again without hesitation. Well done Phoenix Cleaning

The work of removing of moss on the the roof and the spray on treatment was carried out in a professional manner. Most impressed with the cleaning up procedure, even ensuring our neighbors garden was clear of the removed moss. I would recommend this company.

Very efficient

Really good professional team, polite and friendly. Areas treated have really come up well,no mess left ,everything cleared up. Nothing too much trouble.

The guys came out at short notice to clear our gutters and downpipes. First class service; we would definitely recommend them.

Work carried out efficiently and exactly as quoted. Would recommend this firm to anyone who has let their drive maintenance and weed clearance rather overwhelm them as Phoenix will return it to its original appearance.

Really pleased with the team from Phoenix that worked hard cleaning our roof of 40+ years old moss and muck. Cleaned the gutters and sprayed a sealant on to keep the roof clean of moss. They cleaned up after themselves and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Good job. 4 guys arrived just after 9.00am. Very polite and personable, got on with job on a very hot day. Cleared up really well afterwards. No complaints.

There was a very considerable build up of moss and dirt to my side path, backyard area and path along back garden.

The work was completed very professional and accurate on the tight time and day

Chris and his team did an excellent job at short notice to remove all moss from our roof, apply treatment and hoover our gutter. The team were pleasant to deal with and very thorough. Moss removal was done by hand to ensure minimal damage to roof tiles and they came back to apply an additional layer of foam to ensure it dried properly in the damp weather. I highly recommended Phoenix and would definitely consider using them again in future.

I have used the services of Phoenix Cleaning Specialists for several years now and I have always been very satisfied with the quality of work carried out. They are reliable, efficient, pleasant to talk to and very clean in their work, no mess is ever left behind. Thank you once again.

Just had our patio and terrace cleaned by Phoenix and a very good job done as usual. During the last five years Phoenix have cleaned our drive our roof and our gutters. They also recommended Squaredeal to replace our gutters and they also did an excellent job.

Adrian and his team removed the moss from our roof. They were punctual, polite, hard working, cleaned all the moss from the ground and we were very pleased with the results. Thoroughly recommend this company ! Thank you.

Phoenix were quick to respond to our quote request and Chris came round to assess the work. After receiving our quote we were booked in and the work was completed in a professional way (removing the moss from our roof by hand and applying a chemical spray). The team were friendly and cleared up after themselves. Recommended.

Bveryn good serfvice

We highly recommend this company. This is the second time we’ve used this company and we’re really impressed with the whole process from the quote being accurate through to the guys arriving and doing a fantastic job.

Very kind and helpful lads

Very happy with the workmanship. Cheerful workers

Excellent job of clearing moss from a large high pitched roof, and then spraying an inhibitor to deter future growth . Very efficient, courteous and well organised team who made light work of a job which, to my layman’s eyes, looked a daunting task . Would thoroughly recommend this firm and will definitely use again for other external cleaning jobs .

It was very easy to arrange the job, had an efficient and polite team, we were delighted with the results.

Forget the rest, these guys are simply the best. Having dealt with Adrian, Chris, David, Jonathan and the team in 2020 when they cleaned the roof of my house, I had no absolutely no intention of contacting anyone else, when it came to cleaning my driveway and patio at the beginning of September 2023. In fact, my wife and I were so impressed we've already engaged them to clean the roof of my mother's bungalow later this month. Probably the most professional, courteous and efficient contractor, I've dealt with in recent years, with a really strong emphasis on first class customer service.

In summary, Phoenix Cleaning removed years of moss accumulated on the roof of the house and cleaned out the gutters and downpipes, reattaching a loose pipe which had come apart. They were prompt, reliable, hard working and friendly. They did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards and offered advice where necessary. I have no hesitation of recommending their services to future customers and am planning to use them again in the future.

The Team turned up on time, polite and very happy. The Lads knew what they were doing and completed the work in a very professional manner. They left the property neat and tidy. We will certainly use this Company again !!

After months of searching for someone to clean our completely blocked gutters, Phoenix provided a competitive quote and did an excellent job, cleared lots of debris, gave them a thorough clean and were efficient, friendly and business like. Will definitely use them again, twice a year from now on!

An easy experience from requesting a quote to having the job completed. The team were polite and extremely helpful and performed a first rate job. No hesitation in recommending their services and would certainly use them Again.J

Very good job.

Our visit for a quotation was very quick after our initial phone call. The work was carried out within 2 weeks of that, very efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to us. A very pleasant crew who did the job very well over 2 days.

100% happy with the work carried out and the cost got home to find it all done and left very tidy without any doubt if I need anything done in the future I will use this company.

A wonderful service provided by Phoenix - I called about a blocked downpipe that was causing issues and they came out the same day to unblock it, which resolved the problem. They then came back another day to clear my gutters and were tidy, courteous and did a great job!

The guys from Phoenix were very professional and friendly - they cleaned the roof of moss, cleared the gutters and treated the roof. Everything was clearly explained to me and they cleared up very well after the work was completed. I am very happy with the work they have done and would be happy to recommend their services, a very courteous and professional job from start to finish.

Very helpful guys, tidy and efficient workers. We have used them before and will again. Would highly recommend.

Responsive and very competitive price.

My yearly gutter cleaning by Phoenix, as always an excellent professional service well done.

Annual gutter cleaning carried out with courtesy and professionalism as usual. Will continue to use them for as long as this continues.

Estimates and advice provided at short notice. Easy fit into company schedule and once work started, required surfaces were blitzed and work easily completed within agreed timescale, including all clearing up afterwards. Lovely people to deal with and highly recommended.

This is the second property where we have used Phoenix and we find them efficient, punctual and courteous, as well as good at cleaning up after themselves.

We have used Phoenix several times (including roof cleaning/moss removal) on recommendation from a friend. Adrian, Chris and all the team have been helpful, efficient and hard working. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent workmanship and lovely guys - courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Very impressed with Phoenix. They were recommended to me by a neighbour and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. Chris and his team did a very professional job using top quality materials and were extremely courteous and professional. It was a big job with over 150 sqm drive and a large roof. Both were very heavily covered in moss and leaf residue but they managed to do an excellent job. Several of my neighbours have complimented on the great finish and some have already booked them to maintain their own properties. I have re booked them for December to clean our gutters.

They turned up on time were very courteous and did a good job I’m very pleased with it

A team of four arrived on time, carried on with the job as required. Three hours later the job was completed which I am pleased with. The cleaning process was done by scraping the moss of the roof, washing the tiles down then treating with a moss repellent, (will need to see how effective this is) At no time was a jet wash used which can cause damage to the roof. At what I consider a a reasonable price

Communication was excellent - windows/soffits cleaned to a high standard and the workers were proficient and professional - at the front of the house they had to work around a bed of flowers out in bloom and not a single stem was broken - very pleased and would highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations job was done well, but particularly great in respect of courtesy, communication and clean up operations. Work carried out to both our and our neighbours house as semi detached, looks really smart!

Punctual, good communication, responded well to all questions. Good workforce who wanted to do agood job

Arrived on time, courteous and tidy workers.

We had our block paving driveway cleaned, sanded and sealed by Chris Price and his team. A very professional job carried out with a minimum of disruption and left looking immaculate. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team did a great job cleaning my block paved driveway. It’s a messy process but they left the site clean and tidy. The result was a great driveway that I had forgotten how nice it was. I plan to use Phoenix again.

Excellent service - great team of guys - highly recommended

I hired Chris and his team to remove moss from my roofs, including the garage. They were polite, on time and hard working. It was potentially dangerous work carried out over two really hot days. This company does not use a high pressure water spray to remove the moss from roofs; it's all done by brush and then a final liquid treatment to kill any remaining moss growth. They even repaired/replaced a few damaged tiles for me. It does make quite a mess but that's unavoidable and Chris and his team did their best to mitigate the amount of moss left over after dislodging it. Very pleased customer.

As usual arrived on time and got on with the job without fuss. Excellent service and good clean up afterwards. Always reliable and helpful. Will, of course, take some months for proof of effectiveness but long use of company suggests it will be OK.

Chris and his team carried out the requested work efficiently and effectively. The three lads worked extremely hard and cleared up well.

Phoenix cleaned the moss from our bungalow roof. They were prompt and diligent and cleared the roof in 2 days as agreed. The site was left clean and tidy on completion.
